The next installment of our 5-Week Prenatal Yoga Series starts in April.
This program is designed to help pregnant women prepare their bodies physically, mentally and spiritually for the demands of labor.
It also helps moms-to-be reduce stress and anxiety and relieve many of the aches and pains that often come with pregnancy.
The series, which meets on Sunday afternoons starting April 10, is offered by Mi Han Chiu, our in-house certified prenatal yoga teacher.
