We’re excited to welcome Queens based yoga teacher Gail Hamlin for a workshop next month geared towards runners, athletes and weekend warriors looking to use yoga to help maximize their performance.
An accomplished long-distance runner herself, Gail incorporates yoga as part of her cross-training and knows first-hand how powerful the practice can be in promoting active recovery, as well as preventing injuries.
She will also show you how to develop a personalized plan for your training regimen that incorporates yoga and mindfulness.
