Cancellations

If you cancel your reservation prior to your class, the session will be credited back to your account.

late cancellations

If you cancel your reservation within 2 hours of the start time, you will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee.

no shows

If you don’t show up for your reservation, you will be charged a $20 no show fee.

REFUNDS

All sales are final. Purchases may be exchanged for studio credit at the sole discretion of Living Yoga.  Refunds will only be issued in the case of error by the studio or its agents.

updated: how wait lists work

Our wait lists operate automatically.  That means as soon as someone cancels an existing reservation, the first person on the wait list will automatically get booked into the class.

If you get a confirmed spot, you will be notified by text and/or email.  This may happen up until TWO hours before the class starts.

If there is a vacancy within 2 hours of the class start time, then everyone who is still on the waitlist receive a text.  The first person to respond to the text and accept the opening will be added to the class.

Generally speaking, spots in fully booked classes start becoming available a 2-3 hours before the class.  This means if you are waitlisted for a morning class, you may get your confirmation notification while you are sleeping.

Most people who are waitlisted do eventually get into the class — so please plan accordingly.  Not getting a spot is the exception, rather than the rule. 

If you can no longer attend the class, you should remove yourself from the waitlist before you are automatically booked. Otherwise, you will be liable for any applicable late cancellation or no show fees.
