Cancellations

If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours prior to your workshop, you will receive an account credit equivalent to the purchase price.  You may use this credit for any future service at Living Yoga.

late cancellations

If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the start of your workshop, you will not receive an account credit.

no shows

If you don’t show up for your reservation, you will be charged a $20 no show fee.

REFUNDS

All sales are final. Purchases may be exchanged for studio credit at the sole discretion of Living Yoga.  Refunds will only be issued in the case of error by the studio or its agents.

how wait lists work

Our wait lists operate automatically.  As soon as someone cancels an existing reservation, the first person on the wait list will automatically get booked into the class.

If you get a confirmed spot, you will be notified by text and/or email.  This may happen up until an hour before the class starts.

Generally speaking, spots in fully booked classes start becoming available a few hours before the class.  This means if you are waitlisted for a morning class, you may get your confirmation notification while you are sleeping.

Most people who are waitlisted do eventually get into the class — so please plan accordingly.  Not getting a spot is the exception, rather than the rule.  If you can no longer attend the class, you should remove yourself from the waitlist before you are automatically booked.
