Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga is a nurturing practice tailored to the unique needs of expectant mothers, offering a holistic approach to pregnancy wellness.
Through gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and mindfulness, the practice cultivates physical strength, emotional balance, and spiritual harmony. Prenatal yoga also fosters a deep connection between mother and baby while alleviating common discomforts associated with pregnancy.

Backed by a supportive community of fellow mothers, prenatal yoga fosters overall well-being for both mom and baby.
We offer prenatal yoga through a special 5 week series that meets throughout the year. We also offer private prenatal yoga sessions for those who wish to work one-on-one with a teacher.

5 Week Series
The dates for our next Prenatal Yoga 5-Week Series are currently being finalized. We expect it to start some time in January.
The series consists of five 60 minute long classes, meeting on Sundays at 5:00pm. Participants not only practice yoga for their health and wellbeing, but also build a supportive community with other pregnant women.
The entire 5 week series costs $150. Regular class packs and memberships are not valid for this program.
There are no makeup dates, alternate classes or refunds, so please plan to attend all sessions. We can make livestream sessions available if you are traveling or sick.
DROP-INS
If there is a specific class you want to attend, please put your name on the wait list for that class. Whenever a regular series participant cancels a session, we make their spot available. Whoever is at the top of the wait list will automatically be given the open spot.
Private Prenatal Yoga
You can also work 1-on-1 with a certified prenatal yoga teacher, on a schedule that works for you. You’ll receive personalized attention for your specific needs. Hour-long private sessions are available for $100 each.
