Private Yoga

Private yoga lessons provide a personalized approach to wellness, tailored to individual needs and goals.

At Living Yoga, private yoga lessons are available for one-on-ones, small groups (up to 4 people), or large groups (up to 18 people).  Working with the teacher of your choice, participants can deepen their practice, refine techniques, and address specific concerns, ensuring a unique experience.

Private sessions are great if you want to:

    • start doing yoga but are not ready for a public group class setting
    • refine techniques or work on advanced poses
    • learn more about pranayama, meditation or the upper limbs of yoga
    • develop a personal yoga practice 
    • create a special, one-of-a-kind experience
    • have a fun team-building event
    • celebrate birthdays, pregnancies, impending nuptials, or other important occasions in a thoughtful  mindful way
