At Living Yoga, private yoga lessons are available for one-on-ones, small groups (up to 4 people), or large groups (up to 18 people). Working with the teacher of your choice, participants can deepen their practice, refine techniques, and address specific concerns, ensuring a unique experience.
Private sessions are great if you want to:
- start doing yoga but are not ready for a public group class setting
- refine techniques or work on advanced poses
- learn more about pranayama, meditation or the upper limbs of yoga
