Calling all soon-to-be mothers and those on the beautiful journey of pregnancy – we are thrilled to announce the highly anticipated return of our Prenatal Yoga 5-Week Series! Prepare to embrace a journey of self-discovery, relaxation, and wellness as we guide you through a holistic experience designed exclusively for expectant mothers.

Series Details:

    • Dates: September 10th – October 8th
    • Time: Sundays, 5:00 pm – 5:45 pm
    • Investment: $150 for the entire series ($35 drop ins)

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just beginning your yoga journey, our Prenatal Yoga 5-Week Series offers a nurturing environment for you to connect with your body, your baby, and other expectant mothers. Led by our experienced and compassionate instructor Jennifer Pinna, each 45 minute session will focus on gentle yoga postures, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques tailored to the unique needs of pregnancy.

Prenatal yoga is more than just a physical practice – it’s a holistic approach to wellness during pregnancy. Our carefully crafted sessions aim to:
