Help Rescued Farm Animals

published: Jan 31, 2022

Ahimsa, or kindness and compassion for other living beings, is the cornerstone of the yoga practice.  This includes animals, who want to live healthy and happy lives, just like us.

On the weekend following Valentine’s Day, join Jessie Fitzpatrick for a fundraiser benefitting rescued farm animals.  100% of proceeds will go to Happily Ever After Farm, which works to save our furry and feathered friends from suffering and slaughter. They also provide these animals with loving homes and human caretakers.

Jessie will lead you through a 90 minute class incorporating a heart-opening vinyasa flow and healing yoga nidra.

Can’t make the class?  You can still make a donation.  Every penny helps!
