With Autumn just around the corner, it’s a good time to make a few changes to our regular class schedule.
First, the 6:30pm Friday night Vinyasa class is expanding to 75 minutes. You’ll now get 15 extra minutes with Neelu Kaur to sweat out all that work week stress. This change starts this week.
Second, we are discontinuing our Morning Express classes. The last one will be offered on Wednesday, Sept. 20.
If you love Mel Scaccio’s classes (and there are many of you!) — don’t worry. You’ll still be able to do morning practice with her, but at a later time and with a few extra hours of sleep.
Starting the week of Sep. 25, Mel will be teaching hour-long Vinyasa classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30am. With these 2 new classes on our schedule, you will now be able to flow and stretch with us every weekday morning!
