The studio will have an abbreviated class schedule on Monday, Sept. 6.  Mi Han Chiu will lead a Vinyasa class at 9:30 am, while Joneil Adriano will offer Hot Yoga at the same time. 

If you are spending the holiday weekend in town, please join us for practice.  If you are traveling, then livestream with us or use our On Demand Digital Class Library.  Either way, we’d love to see you!
