First, we’re bringing back midday practices on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. These classes will be held at noon, and will be just 45 minutes long.
For those of you working from home or in offices nearby, you’ll be able to do yoga during your lunch break and have plenty of time to get back to your desks.
Second, we’re adding heated classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 6:30 pm. One of these is a Thursday night version of our popular Sunday morning Hot Yin class.
Third, Maggie Poje will once again be a regular fixture on our schedule when she takes over 2 Thursday night classes: Back to Basics and Vinyasa.
With these changes, our schedule is one step closer to where we were pre-COVID. That we are adding classes to our schedule — less than a year after reopening from lockdown — is a testament to those of you who sustained the studio through our yearlong COVID lockdown. This is also a credit to all the new faces who have found us since we reopened.
All of you saved Living Yoga from a fate that has befallen so many other yoga studios. We are grateful for your continued support.
