Schedule & Other Changes
Our schedule, classes, workshops, teachers, prices, products and studio policies are subject to changes and cancellations at any time. We will publicize those changes in a timely manner whenever feasible. Please check our website and our social media accounts for the latest information about our schedule, rates and offerings.
Advance Booking
We encourage you to book your class or event in advance whenever possible. If you show up for a class or workshop that is at full capacity, we may not be able to admit you if you don’t already have a reservation.
Cancelling Your Reservation
For regular yoga classes, reservations that are cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time will automatically be credited back to your account.
For workshops and special events, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time wil be credited back to your account.
For private yoga sessions, reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to receive account credit.
Reservations may be cancelled by:
Wait List & Standby
When a class or workshop is full, additional participants may add their name to the Wait List. You must have an active membership or class pack in order to join the Wait List.
Whenever a space opens up, the person at the top of the Wait List will automatically be registered for the event. They will also receive a booking confirmation email.
Alternatively, you can come to the studio before the class or event and be on standby. We start giving away spots reserved by no-shows 5 minutes after the class or event starts.
Lateness
Whenever you are running late, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If you are more than 5 minutes late to a class that is full, you may forfeit your spot to someone waiting on standby.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to any class or event, for your safety, you will not be allowed to join.
Physical Adjustments
Everyone in our studio has the right to autonomy over their own body. When you check-in for a class, workshop or private session, you will be given a physical adjustment consent chip. With this chip, you may choose whether or not you will allow your teacher to physically adjust you during the class.
Mobile Phones & Personal Electronic Devices
You are welcome to take selfies or other photos and videos before and after your class or workshop, provided you do not create a disturbance to others. You must also obtain permission from everyone appearing in the photo or video.
Once class starts, however, all phones and electronic devices must be turned off or on silent mode, and put away. You may not use your devices during class.
Recording Classes & Workshops
Many of our classes and workshops are also simultaneously livestreamed. Some of these recordings are then saved and later added to our On Demand Library. Only Living Yoga Members and paying clients have access to these videos.
From time to time, Living Yoga staff or its agents will take photos and videos during classes and workshops for use on the studio’s website, social media accounts, and marketing materials.
You provided us with your consent to appear in these videos and materials when you agreed to our General Release and Waiver of Liability.
