Terms & Conditions

No Refunds

Living Yoga services are non-refundable and all sales are final. Purchases may be exchanged for studio credit at the sole discretion of Living Yoga. Refunds will not be issued except in the case of error by the studio or its agents.

Schedule & Other Changes

Our schedule, classes, workshops, teachers, prices, products and policies are subject to changes and cancellations. We will publicize those changes in a timely manner whenever feasible. Please check our website and our social media accounts for the latest information about our schedule, rates and offerings.

Advance Booking

We encourage you to book in advance whenever possible. If you show up for a class or workshop that is at full capacity, we may not be able to let you participate if you don’t already have a reservation.

Booking Cancellation

All reservations may be cancelled by clicking the “Cancel” button on your booking confirmation email, logging into your account, calling the studio, or sending us an email.

Class reservations cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time will automatically be credited back to your account.

For workshops and special events, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time wil be credited back to your account.

For private yoga sessions, reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a refund or account credit.

Wait List & Standby

When a class or workshop is full, additional participants may add their name to the Wait List.  Whenever a space opens up, the person at the top of the Wait List will automatically be registered for the event and will receive a booking confirmation email.

Alternatively, you can come to the studio before the class or event and be on standby in case there are no-shows.  Spots reserved by no-shows are given away 5 minutes after the class or event starts.

Lateness

If you are more than 5 minutes late to a class that is full, you may forfeit your spot to someone waiting on standby.

If you are more than 10 minutes late to any class or event, for your safety, you will not be allowed to join.

Physical Adjustments

Everyone in our studio has the right to autonomy over their own body.  When you check-in for a class, workshop or private session, you will be given a consent card. With this card, you can decide whether or not you are willing to receive a physical adjustment from their teacher.

Mobile Phones & Personal Electronic Devices

You are welcome to take selfies or other photos and videos before and after your class or workshop, provided you do not create a disturbance to others.  You must also obtain permission from everyone appearing in the photo or video.

Once class starts, however, all phones and electronic devices must be turned off or on silent mode, and stored somewhere out of the way.

Recording Classes & Workshops

Many of our classes and workshops are also simultaneously livestreamed.  Some of these recordings are then saved and later added to our On Demand Library.  Only Living Yoga Members and paying clients have access to these videos.

From time to time, Living Yoga staff or its agents will take photos and videos during classes and workshops for use on the studio’s website, social media accounts, and marketing materials.  You provided us with your consent to appear in these materials when you agreed to our General Release and Waiver of Liability.

Membership Holds

In the event of travel, injury or other medical condition, Living Yoga Members may put their Memberships on hold for up to 30 days.  This period may be longer in the event of extenuating circumstances.

During the hold period, Members will not be billed nor will they be allowed to use the Membership to take classes.

Once the hold period ends, Members will regain use of their Membership. Their billing date will also be pushed back by the same number of days as the hold period.

To request a hold, please email us your request at least 7 days in advance.  You must also provide us with the start and end dates of your hold.

Membership Cancellation

All our Memberships are month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time.  To cancel a Membership, simply log into your account, call the studio, or send us an email. Memberships that are cancelled within 3 months of sign up may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Guest Passes

Members may use 2 guest passes every month.  To request a guest pass, please email the name of your guest, their phone number and email address to info@mylivingyoga.com.  Also include the class your guest would like to take.  Unless the guest is a minor, members do not need to take the same class as their guest.

Expired Class Packs

Expired class packs may be reactivated for a fee of $5 per unusued class.  Call or email the studio to request a reactivation.
