Prenatal yoga combines gentle movement and stretching, breathing exercises, and relaxation and meditation techniques. It is specifically designed to help moms-to-be cope with the aches and pains of pregnancy and prepare them for the physical, mental and spiritual demands of pregnancy and labor.

5 Week Series
This special program is offered regularly throughout the year. The next series will start January 2023.
Classes are held on weekends and are 45 minutes long. Livestream links are available for those who want to take sessions remotely.
Participants not only practice yoga for their health and wellbeing, but also build community with other pregnant women.
The entire series costs $150.

You can also work 1-on-1 with a certified prenatal yoga teacher, on a schedule that works for you. You can also receive personalized attention for your specific needs.
Hourly private sessions are available for $100 each.
