Prenatal yoga combines gentle movement and stretching, breathing exercises, and relaxation and meditation techniques.  It is specifically designed to help moms-to-be cope with the aches and pains of pregnancy and prepare them for the physical, mental and spiritual demands of pregnancy and labor.

5 Week Series

Calling all moms to be! The next cycle of our Prenatal Yoga 5-Week Series runs from Sunday, Sep. 10 to Sunday, Oct. 8.

It will be lead once again by certified prenatal yoga instructor Jennifer Pinna.  Prenatal Yoga uses gentle stretching and strengthening movements, restorative poses, and mindful breathing exercises to help expectant mothers stay in shape and prepare for the physical demands of labor.

The series consists of five 45-minute long classes, meeting on Sundays at 5:00pm. Participants not only practice yoga for their health and wellbeing, but also build community with other pregnant women. 

The entire 5 week series costs $150.  There are no makeup dates, alternate classes or refunds, so please plan to attend all sessions.  We can make livestream sessions available if you are traveling or sick.

Private Sessions

You can also work 1-on-1 with a certified prenatal yoga teacher, on a schedule that works for you.  You can also receive personalized attention for your specific needs.

Hourly private sessions are available for $100 each.
