June Prenatal Yoga Series

The next cycle of our Prenatal Yoga series starts on June 5. The format is the same as the previous ones — 5 classes that meet on Sunday afternoons at 5:00 pm.

If you want to continue your yoga practice safely during pregnancy, or want to start one, our 5-week program is a wonderful way to do it.

Mi Han Chiu, a certified prenatal yoga instructor, will lead participants through 45 minutes of gentle stretching and strengthening movements, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation.

Yoga will helps moms-to-be prepare for the physical, spiritual, and emotional rigors of labor.  And it’s also beneficial for the growing baby.
