Kimberly is a certified Dharma You and Yin Yoga instructor whose teaching style emphasizes freedom, accessibility, and holistic wellbeing. Her classes are designed to enhance flexibility and relieve physical and mental stress induced by work and everyday life. Kimberly will guide you through dynamic poses, meditative movements, and introspections aimed toward compassionate living and removal of personal obstacles. Kimberly also holds a Ph.D. and M.F.A. degrees in theater, a certificate in plant-based nutrition, and is a writing professor and wellness advocate in the community.
