The studio is on a special holiday schedule for Christmas Eve (Dec. 24) and Christmas Day (Dec. 25).

On Sunday, Adam Delia will be leading a sweaty class in the Hot Room, while Anne Dorobis will get you flowing in the Vinyasa Room. Both classes will start at 9:30 an are 60 minutes long.

On Monday, Denise LaPointe. will return to the Hot Room, while Mi Han Chiu will teach a Vinyasa Class. Again, both classes are 60 minutes long and will start at 9:30 am.

If you can’t make it to the studio, there are livestream and on demand options available also.

Regular schedule resumes on Tuesday, Dec. 26.
