September is now full swing. That means back-to-school season is once again upon us — fresh starts, clean slates, and new challenge — and the ideal time to revisit the core principles of yoga.
Our quarterly Living Yoga Fundamentals is designed for those who are new to the practice, as well as experienced yogis who want to brush up on the basics. The goal is to provide you with the building blocks for a lifelong practice.
Participants will get an introduction to yoga history, terminology and philosophy, The highlight of this workshop is Asana Clinic where we will break down foundational poses, work on alignment and modifications, and learn tips for using props to make poses more accessible.
