In his classes, Keith focuses on the fundamentals, alignment, body awareness, the breath, slowing down, believing in yourself, and the mind. He caters to people with injuries and works the classes around the student’s needs. He likes to offer tools that allow the practitioner to grow along their spiritual journey. He also keeps the pace of his classes at a slower tempo, allowing people to notice themselves within their practice. He wants to be of service to his students and help them open their own doors to their hearts. He wants people to have fun and enjoy themselves.
